Hours of Operation/Training

Sunday 9am-11am (Focal lift: Squat)
Tuesday 6pm-8pm (Focal lift: Bench)
Thursday 6pm-8pm (Focal lift: Deadlift/Accessory)

*Right now, These are the only hours we are open for training*
  • Option 1: One time Drop-in fee $10
  • Option 2: 5 Visit Punch-card $35  
  • Option 3: 10 Visit Punch-card $65
  • Option 4: $39 per month (2 Days per week) with Auto-deduct
  • Option 5: $49 per month (3 Days per week) with Auto-deduct 
For this fee you can train within our coached group training sessions, or train on your own on our equipment during operating hours.

On Friday nights, we offer a 1.5 hr Group Teen Strength Class for teens 13-17 years of age for $10.
Each class is limited to 10 participants maximum.
