Teenage Athlete – just want to get stronger for High School or College Sports?
Average Joe – Want to feel simply better and get stronger?
Competitive Powerlifter – Ready to put some structure in your training and hit PR’s on the platform?

Tired of just going to the gym with no plan? Or maybe following program after program with little to no gains, or worse yet – Injury?
  • Or how about complicated programs which you need a PhD to follow along?
  • Or programs written by Top-level Pro Athletes that you just can’t keep up with?
  • Or maybe you have a life outside the Gym and don’t have 2+ hours a day, 4 days a week to commit to the gym?

I’ve done all the above myself. I’m not a genetically gifted lifter myself, and I’ve tried many programs and injured myself, and missed many lifts. My strength has went up and down. I’ve got married. I’ve had kids. I’ve switched jobs. I know how hard it is to find time to train for most of us.

What I’ve done is figured out what works for 90% of all Athletes – from ages 13 to 70 – and I’ve taken out all of the fluff and extra exercises, and then consolidated it into a 2 or 3 day program that can be done in 60-90 minute training sessions.

This program is based upon a modified 5th Set Training Protocol (developed by EliteFTS' Swede Burns, credit to Swede), and combined with Louie Simmon's Westside Barbell/Conjugate Max Effort principals - all used and tested right here at Lakeville Powerlifting.

Here’s a Secret:  You can make excellent strength gains on a 2-day per week Training program. Take out the BS. Keep what works.

I’m 46 years old, working full time with a family of 6. I get to the gym twice a week, and my Bench, Squat, and Deadlift are stronger than they have ever been in my life

I’m not here to debate Steroid or Testosterone use – but I’m 100% drug free – and this program will work regardless of whether you decide to supplement or not.

What do you get with this program?
  •  6 page E-Book that simply and clearly explains how the training will lay out and the theory behind the programming
  • Self-Calculating Excel Spreadsheet that will plan out your entire 16 week strength training cycle by just plugging in your estimated 1 Rep Maxes on your Squat, Bench, and Deadlift

These routines are not complicated. They are simple and easy to follow. They can be completed in any gym in America from hardcore gyms to your local YMCA. No fancy equipment is needed.

1.      Read the 6 page E-Book
2.      Plug in your 1 Rep Maxes into the spreadsheet
3.      Print out your personalized 16 week detailed workout schedule
4.      Follow the program, lift, and get stronger.

No percentage calculations, No wondering what to do. It’s all spelled out simply on a one-page layout.

I’ve taken what I’ve learned over my 30+ years of lifting, training, and coaching Powerlifting from some of the best programs and coaches out there and put it together in one simple, streamlined format that anyone can follow and see strength gains from. This is not a Bodybuilder routine

This program is designed for one reason – to build Real Strength, with minimal risk of injury within a simple structured 16 week program.

I don’t want any monthly online coaching charge. Most “Coaches” charge $100-$150 per month or more.
